TEAM REQUIREMENTS

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS
Unwavering adherence to all firearm safety protocols. Zero-tolerance policy for safety violations during training or matches.

MATCH FREQUENCY
Commitment to at least two regional matches per month and one national-level event per quarter.

CONDUCT STANDARDS
Professional representation of the Black Duck Armory brand. Sportsmanship and integrity are non-negotiable.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Minimum of 1 year competitive shooting experience with a verifiable classification in USPSA, IDPA, or 3-Gun.
